About Course:

Stenography is that the mixture of two different classes i.e. Typewriting and Shorthand. Stenography Course comprises skills in Shorthand, Transcription and Typewriting. the essential work of Stenographer in government offices is to require dictations, record speeches and transcription. Duration: It takes on a mean of 6 months to 1 year to a mean student to find out shorthand and ready to take dictation a minimum of at the speed of 80 to 120 words per minutes.

You'll learn the subsequent stenography skills:- many books on shorthand are probably out of print. this is often used bookstores, may provide you with a wider selection of texts. *First you complete the Book- “PITMAN SHORTHAND” Written by “Isaac pitman”. *Second You Complete the Book- “Shorthand Testing Skill” Written by “Rajinder Singh” (80 W.P.M) supported Pitman System. *Third You Complete the Book- “Shorthand Vocabulary & Practice” Written by “Rajinder Singh” (100 W.P.M).
*Fourth You Complete the Book- “Legal and General Dictations” (A Practice & Help Book)
Claims that you can learn shorthand in a few hours should be taken with a dose of skepticism. The time it will take you to depend on how often you practice, the difficulty of the system, and your goal speed. You need to completely absorb the word-building principles first; speed comes from them. Practice every day. Try for at least 45 minutes to an hour, if you can. Remember, though, that even daily short sessions are better than one or two longer ones per week.

Course Syllabus:

Stenography complete All books and every books some exercises and Shorthand is an abbreviated symbolic writing method that increases speed and shortness of writing as compared to a more common method of writing a language. Stenography Course comprises skills in Shorthand, Transcription and Typewriting. Stenography Main leads to Consonants. The consonants are: P, B, T, D, CH, JAY, KAY, GAY, F, V, ITH, THEE, S, Z, ISH, ZEE, M, N, ING, L, R, WAY, YAH, HAY. Start with the alphabet, filling each line of a bit of notebook paper with one letter. Next, you'll move on to words, doing the same thing. When you're ready, you'll advance to common groups of words. Saying the words aloud as you write them helps your brain make the connection between the phonemic sound and the symbol (Stroke).
