Students Terms & Conditions

>> Submitting the form means you have read all the terms & Conditions carefully.

>> All your documents uploaded are safe under CITC Privacy Policy & will not be shared with anyone.

>> The students who are registering in FREE Courses, Certification fee may apply as per Institute norms.

>> The students who are registering in CITC Job Packages, will be given a stipend as per norms depending upon his/her performance on Projects assigned. 

>> If assigned projects/work during Job Package is un-satisfactory, students can not claim for stipend or Fee refund.

>> All fees paid are non-refundable, once classes started either in online or offline mode.

>> CITC Job packages are valid for the Private sector only, not applicable in Govt. sector.

>> Merely registration in the CITC Job packages doesn't guarantee for sure Job unless candidate study as per criteria & work on live projects.

>> CITC is committed to provide Job/Placement in CITC special Job Packages. CITC will try to arrange max.  interviews for candidates in Offices/Companies,

>> but if not Qualified by the candidates or doesn't meet the essential qualification criteria of the Company. In that case, CITC is not liable to refund the    Course Fee.

>> We will try to provide Job in last month of Job Package which can be extended upto 3 months more or as per the demands in the market.

>> Candidate will be placed once in case of CITC Job Packages. If the candidate quit the job itself or by the company due to any reason, CITC will not be liable for re-adjustment.

>> The students are abide with Rules & Regulation of the Institutes.

>> I - Card issued is the Property of CITC (Chandigarh Institute of Technology & Consultancy ).

>> Students should carry the I Card in the Institute.

>> The Card is valid till the course duration mentioned on the front side.

>> Students are not authorized to use the Card for any other purpose in spite of the course offered. Such Practice will be treated as illegal Activity.

>> Students Admission can be cancelled without any prior notice if any Fraudulent or False information furnished by them.

>> All matters subjects to Chandigarh Jurisdiction only.

The signing of Agreement with us means, you have Read & Understood all the Terms & Condition and you have no objection with our Institute or System.
