At main website Menus >> Courses >> You
can select your desired course from Dropdown sub-menu. When page opened, access
all the Modules/Papers & their Syllabus. You can download the full syllabus
file at the end of the page.
At main website Menus >> Study Centres >> You can search your Institute by City OR State OR
Centre Code.
After Login into CITC
Dashboard, you have the opportunity to check your updated scoreboard like total
no. of Master Franchise OR Franchise OR total no. of students regd. till date.
Also you can see today’s regd. entries. to
update Batch Fees before adding any student.
Before adding students in CITC panel, you have
to manage batch fees. Click on Manage Batch >> Batch Fees, then update
all the fields according to courses/batches. This fees should be for the Whole
course as the same will be used to update invoices for students Fees. For
example, if you charge Rs. 600/- per month for DCA- 6 Month Course, then you
have to fill 3600 in DCA Batch Fees field.
In your CITC Login panel, you have the option of Payment Records/Add Fund ~ Click on Add Funds option, Fill the amount & remarks then click on Save + It will redirect you to Payment Gateway where you can pay with Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking OR UPI ID : citcservice-1@oksbi. Balance will be automatically updated in your CITC wallet to register students OR Franchise.

PayTM, (QR Codes on website footer) Google Pay at Number 9914592610
After using Payment Apps or bank Transfer,
Kindly Send SMS/Whatsapp on same number (9914592610). After confirmation, We
will update your CITC Wallet.
Click on Payment
Records/Add Fund Link, then History & you will get all the transactions
history in front of you. You may also filter/search for any specific payment or
date of transaction.
In your CITC Dashboard, Click on Manage Students
>> Add New & fill all the fields properly. Keep student’s
Passport size Photo, Aadhar card copy & 10th Certificate
or other required documents ready scanned in less than 100kb
.jpg/.png file.
At the same Link Manage Students >> View
All, you can access all your regd. students. You can Edit OR Delete
students from right side of the table in ‘Actions’ column.
If any student is deleted before the issue of Kit or within 1 week of registration, the regd. amount of that particular student will be credited to your CITC Wallet. But in case of kit issued OR informed after 1 week, at least half fees of selected course will be charged.
